Good reasons to write

• You spotted a factual error or something that reads as unsafe.
• A guide was unclear, or you think an important point is missing.
• You have a question about how we write or check our guides.

We read every message and correct guides when a fix is needed. We reply when we can, usually within a few working days.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give advice about your own pet, look at photos of symptoms, or say whether something is serious. We are not vets and cannot examine your animal. If your pet is unwell, please contact your vet. If you think it is an emergency, call your vet or the nearest emergency clinic straight away rather than emailing us. For a suspected poisoning, contact a vet or an animal poison helpline in your country immediately.

We are not a charity and do not accept donations. We are not connected to the organization that used this web address before, so we cannot help with its past appointments, records or donations.
